Title:Give a descriptive title for your annotation. This way it is easy to recall. Annotation text:Write here whatever you want about the annotation. URL:You can add links in your annotations. The URL (Uniform Resource Locator) may point to some file somewhere online on Internet. Most often the URL is in a form http://www.something.com/filename. If you are adding an image, audio or video somewhere on Internet it is better to point to the actual file. eg: http://fle3.uiah.fi/pics/ fle_logo.gif, than to the web page it is embedded to. URL name:URL name is the title of the resource located the the URL given above. In the annotation the name will be the link word in the annotation. URL description:If you wish you can write textual description of the resource available in the URL. Tags:A tag is a way to label your annotation so they are easier to sort and search afterward. You can use whatever words you find useful. Please, separate each tag word with a space. Eg. bar, church, 1995. You can also join 2 words to be one by using double quotes. Eg. "Teemu's home". We automatically strip out words: "and", "at", "the", "in" and "to". Author:Visible for all:When selected your annotation is visible for all the other users of the image. When not-selected the annotation is visible only for you. You can also change the visibility afterwards by clicking edit annotation in the image view. |
